Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal acquitted in Anshu Prakash beating case : OM TIMES

New Delhi (RamDeoDwivedi, Om Times) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia have got the biggest relief after 3 years in the misbehavior and assault case with the then Chief Secretary of Delhi Government Anshu Prakash. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court in its judgment on Wednesday acquitted all except Amanatullah Khan and Prakash Jarwal in the assault case of former Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash. Apart from Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, the names of 11 Aam Aadmi Party MLAs were included in this. Arvind Kejriwal has heaved a sigh of relief after the Delhi court acquitted the Chief Secretary in the beating case. In February 2018, the then Chief Secretary of Delhi Anshu Prakash had accused the Chief Minister and AAP MLAs of assault at the Chief Minister’s residence.
